Compile tested: mips, ath79, OpenWrt SNAPSHOT

Description:
Development container configuration.
The container can run locally or in cloud (Codespaces).
Sample usage: easily open full-featured VS Code IDE in browser,
pre-configured for OpenWrt packages development.
